The Terms constitute a binding and enforceable legal contract between Grownext Technologies Private Limited (a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered address at Hyderabad, India, and its affiliates ("Home Needs Pro", "we", "us", or "our")), and you, a user of the Services, or any legal entity that books Pro Services (defined below) on behalf of end-users ("you" or "Service Provider"). By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity and authority to agree to and bind yourself to these Terms. If you represent any other person, you confirm and represent that you have the necessary power and authority to bind that person to these Terms.
By using the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by these Terms, as amended sometimes, and that you will comply with the requirements listed here. These Terms expressly supersede any prior written agreements with you. If you do not agree to these Terms, or comply with the requirements listed here, please do not use the Services.
The present document shall constitute and be deemed to be an electronic record as defined and in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, applicable to electronic records, as well as any amended provisions including but not limited to legislations stipulated in various statutes relating to electronic records. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
This document is being published on www.homeneedspro.com and its Mobile Application in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011.
HomeNeeds Pro is a marketplace platform connecting service providers, including electricians, plumbers, beauty service professionals, and other home service providers, with customers in need of their services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use our Platform. 1.2 By registering as a Service Provider, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and that you will provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
To avail the Services, you will be required to create an account on the Platform (“Account”). For this Account, you may be required to furnish certain details, including but not limited to your phone number. To create an Account, you must be at least 18 years of age.
Service providers must register as professional technicians through our partner app. After submitting the registration form, you will receive a one-time password (OTP) to complete the registration process. Each time you log in, a unique OTP will be assigned.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OTP and account and are fully accountable for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
(a) Immediately notify HomeNeeds Pro of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach, and
(b) Ensure that you exit your account at the end of each session.
HomeNeeds Pro cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this clause.
Home Needs Pro allows service providers to receive orders relevant to their area of expertise by paying a Recharge fee. Service providers must agree to provide services at the customer's location according to the preferred date and time specified by the customer.
Home Needs Pro offers a partner app for technicians to manage their service order slots efficiently.
Service providers must agree to the promotional offers run by Home Needs Pro and do the services for promotional rates.
Service provider should not ask any Tip from the customers after completing the service. The tips given by customer through platform will be credited to service provider account including the order price.
Service provider should not ask the customer for any extra amount for the service. If the service provider feels the extra service or any spare parts need to fix the problem, he/she needs to inform Home Needs Pro customer support.
Service providers must agree to HomeNeeds Pro's pricing structure to receive orders through our platform. HomeNeeds Pro charges a fixed fee for each order, which varies based on the profession, location, and demand for services in that area. The monthly recharge fee which you are paying for every month will be used for marketing and advertising to attract customers seeking home services
Platform Fees: HomeNeeds Pro charges a platform fee for each order, determined by the order amount and location. This fee is paid by the end customer to HomeNeeds Pro. Service providers will receive the serviceable amount based on the HomeNeeds Pro package specified in the customer app.
HomeNeeds Pro ensures transparency by displaying the order package collected from the client to the technicians.
HomeNeeds Pro will send a notification for every order to technicians who are nearest to the customer’s location. Each technician has 120 seconds (about 2 minutes) to accept the order. If no technician accepts the order within this time frame, the order will be sent to the next set of providers until one of them accepts it.
Service providers can request to reschedule an order, but the new date and time will only be confirmed once the customer accepts the reschedule request.
If the customer is refused to reschedule your order you should send the order to customer support for reschedule with appropriate reason from the App.
Service providers can switch off the services in their calendar if they don't want to do the services when there is no accepted services in the dates.
Service providers have the ability to switch on the service whenever they prefer to take the orders according to your convenient time in the calendar of the provider app platform.
If the orders are present for the day and service provider want to switch off for any emergency, you can call to customer and request customer for the reschedule. If they accept service provider can reschedule.
When a customer cancels an order, HomeNeeds Pro will inform the technicians through a mobile notification.
HomeNeeds Pro reserves the right to terminate your account for not accepting these terms and conditions or for failing to comply with company policies.
You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in the content you create and provide on the platform. By using HomeNeeds Pro, you grant us a non- exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting our platform.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Organization].
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform. Your continued use of our platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
By using HomeNeeds Pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
