Refund Policy for HomeNeeds Pro

At HomeNeeds Pro, we strive to provide excellent service to all our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with our services, please review our refund policy below:

Service Not Provided:

If we are unable to provide the service you booked, you will be entitled to a full refund. This includes situations where our service providers are unable to fulfill the booking due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.

Cancellation Two Hours Before Service:

1. After Service Provider Allocation:

  • If you cancel your booking within two hours of the scheduled servicing time and a service provider has been allocated, a cancellation fee of 10% of the booking order will apply. The remaining amount will be refunded.

2. Before Service Provider Allocation:

  • If you cancel before a service provider is allocated, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Refund Requests:

  • All refund requests must be made through our customer support channels. Please contact our customer service team at support@homeneedspro.com.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds apply only to the amount paid for the service booking. Any additional expenses incurred by the customer, such as transportation costs, will not be refunded.

Refund Disputes:

  • If you believe you are entitled to a refund under our policy and your request is denied, you may submit a dispute for further review. Our team will investigate the matter thoroughly and provide a resolution promptly.
