Drilling and mounting indoor unit securely on the wall is part of the service.
Copper pipes and electrical wires between units (up to 10 ft) are connected by technician.
Outdoor unit mounted on wall or floor stand (provided by customer), followed by vacuuming and gas check.

Excluded

Copper pipes, wiring, or drain pipes beyond 10 ft are not included and may incur extra charges.

Wall cutting, core drilling, or other civil work is not part of the service.

Any hardware for the outdoor unit not provided by the customer is excluded.

Any extra installation work beyond the standard scope is not included in the service.
